Four tips on how to recover after a loss:

  • Step One: Contact your insurance provider to report your claim & start the process as soon as possible after facing a disaster.
  • Step Two: Document damage by taking detailed photos & videos. Make sure to capture these details before clean up efforts begin.
  • Step 3: Navigating your claim as you work towards resolution takes time. As you work through your claim with your insurance company if you need additional assistance, are not happy with your settlement, or you are facing a claim denial you have alternative dispute resolution options.
  • Step 4: Rebuild and recover – once your claim has been resolved you are now able to fully regroup following your loss.
